Wonderful
Same things that Radisson is well known for (also why this was my 4th visit to the resort) - Big, Clean Rooms - Generous spread of premium facilities (lawns, play areas, gym, pool, restaurants etc) FYI I loved the Turf - High service and quality standards - Location - Food - Premium experience
These are mostly little annoyances but important enough for you to investigate... - I found the service levels were a tad low (vs my previous experience at the resort), the obvious reason was that the property is now moving to Taj Vivanta and reduced staff members were not enough to cater to all guests - Most things like checking in formalities, getting the room, getting a table for breakfast/dinner, pool service, room service was always delayed. The restaurant staff was scrambling to manage the breakfast service. - While most facilities were good, one could see the property was in need of maintenance i.e. cracked pillars, chipping paint, unkept greens etc.. general upkeep could be better - the front desk was not aware this was my 4th visit, when I asked if I can redeem my membership points they sounded clueless. The lady promised to come back to me with the details but I never got a reply, the excuse was the rush for check-ins. I feel Radisson needs to care for repeating (loyal) customers like myself. BTW I still do not know if I'm a member and if staying with Radisson multiple times (incl. in Goa) has brought me any benefits.

Very Good
Nice ambience in the property
The resort was hosting a wedding on the day of our travel, and felt like a second hand treatment despite paying premium price around secondary restaurants, slow service in the restaurants, breakfast time was 7 Am but the staff was setting up the breakfast at 7:45 AM
